[QGIS-Developer] Sometimes qgz files opens just as a completely blank project

The file opens without issues on QGIS master (Linux).

Please try to rename the project using only ASCII characters and see if
that helps.

In any event, please file a ticket attaching the project files (after
checking for duplicate tickets).
