[QGIS-Developer] When is Qt updated for the Windows releases?

That's all fair enough. Does your no-upgrade plan include Qt bug fix
releases? E.g. 5.9.4?

(Please understand I'm not asking you to do work here... I just want
to fully understand the plans).
