[QGIS-Developer] Sometimes qgz files opens just as a completely blank project

Saving the empty looking project as a new qgz file only using Ascii
characters and then reopening this new project brings back the content :-)

So you are right - using non Ascii characters seems to be the problem.

Il will file an issue on this.
