[QGIS-Developer] DBManager save querys only saves selected code - Bug or Feature?

Hi Alexandre,

It's my bad, I used _getSqlQuery 
<https://github.com/lbartoletti/QGIS/blob/master/python/plugins/db_manager/dlg_sql_window.py#L557> 
insted of self.editSql.text().

For me a feature must be documented and for this one the user must have 
the choice between the full text or the selected part. So it's a bug or 
I add this option and the doc.
