[QGIS-Developer] loading images in QGIS Viewer with RPC modelisation

Hi Laurene,

QGIS should be able to read images with RPC files. There is an issue with
parsing some of the parameters, which we are going to address:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/35796

Let me know if you have any other issues.
