Argh, I should have know: yes off course. There is already a
"askToSaveMemoryLayers" 
which you can set to False in the Advanced Settings...
(layers in /tmp are considered temporal (as in not saved in stable place) layers)

So question would be for this: is this enough or should this one show up in gui?
