[QGIS-Developer] label: "backport release-3_16 BROKEN - YOU MUST DIY!!!"

Hi Richard,

I am currently trying to fix it, that's why I changed it again. I'm waiting
on some additional information at the moment. If everything is fine I hope
to fix it within 24 hours. Otherwise I will (have to) rename the label
again.

Fingers crossed ...
