[QGIS-Developer] Getting changelog ready for 3.14

Hi everyone,
according to my script the new features introduced in QGIS 3.14 Pi are 133
against the 125 present in Changelog 3.14.

One way to compare changelogs is to use the PR number, so I kindly ask if
it was possible to have a detailed list of features with a PR number.

I tried to use the description, but in some cases it has been changed.
