[QGIS-Developer] Questions about QGIS plugin sales

Thanks for your help,
I understand about the GPL v2 + license from QGIS. Is there any kind of
certificate (or attestation) that I may have from QGIS plugin developers or
something? Or my company to join QGIS?
I ask this because some of my clients may ask this question.
