[QGIS-Developer] How to generate custom installer on windows 10

Hi developers.



Previously I generate a custom build and now I'm trying to generate an installer using the file creatensis.pl, but the script fail, viewing the file content I see that url http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w on the line 35. my $root = "http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w" does not exist;





How can I download the dependencies to generate my custom installer?.
