[QGIS-Developer] DWG/DXF QGIS on Linux/Debian

Hi Matteo,

libdxfrw doesn't support this version yet.
There's an open PR for libdxfrw for importing newer versions:

  https://github.com/LibreCAD/libdxfrw/pull/63

You might be able to manually patch it if you are adventurous
