[QGIS-Developer] Error when try to upload a plugin

Dear QGIS developpers,

I have tried to upload a new plugin at: 
https://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/add/

However, I get the following error:

"There were errors reading plugin package (please check also your 
plugin's metadata). For security reasons, zip file cannot contain 
'__pycache__' directory."

I have tried to check the problem but I have no more ideas what is wrong 
with my zip file since there is no explanation of the problem (except 
the __pycache__, metadata and other tips and tricks described here: 
https://plugins.qgis.org/publish/).

I can enclose the plugin zip for those willing to investigate this bug.
