Apparently, the online configurator you linked stops at version 10.
Starting with v13, clang format also allows SpacesInAngles=Leave
Could we use this or do we need to support older versions?

I believe setting those two to true would be more in line with the rest of
the style, which favors whitespaces, no?
Maybe I'll just have to get used to it :)

Any news on the multi line parameters improvement?
