[QGIS-Developer] Request for information on installing QGIS on a WIN11 23H2 Build virtual desktop - March 2024

To GIS Developers,

I am looking to the QGIS Developers community for technical advice, we are about to start an IT Citrix infrastructure upgrade to  new Win11 23H2 Virtual Desktops (VM) - All New Tech app PVS Images will be built on a Win11 23H2 Build base, the Citrix XenServer will be upgraded to the newest Hypervisor version (8.2 uses version 4.13.4 of the Xen hypervisor) with a Nvidia A40 enterprise GPU Card (for shared resources).

Can the QGIS community provide any technical information that QGIS 3.28.10 and future releases will be supported within a Win11 23H2 OS operating on a Citrix hypervisor Dell Server (Ver 8.2) with an on-board Nvidia A40 enterprise GPU Card?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
