[Qgis-tr] 3.14 Translation

Hi!
Thats a question for the people who created transifex :)
I guess in some workflows you have enough manpower/time (or pay for it) to
make a second round of review.

Of course you can filter the unreviewed translations with the tools
provided by transifex, but for our case it would render probably 95% of the
languages useless.
As we trust our translators, and there is enough to do for translators
anyway) we just leave that additional burden out of the workflow.

Of course if a string is marked as reviewed in your language it means that
another person .. well .. reviewed it - and this string might be "more
accurately" translated than the other strings.
But as said - no need for reviewing now.
