[Qgis-tr] Suggestions available

Hi!

Maybe we should do a short online meeting somewhen to decide what to do.
Honestly transifex has changed a lot since we started to use it (well,
development is not a bad thing at all).
Meanwhile there are some other options as well (see GRASS translation).

Maybe it's time for a change? I don't know. But that would be something to
discuss.
