Hi!

Regarding the GUI - everything will still be the same as always.
As Harrissou already said (and I understand it the same way) Documentation
ist not the "same" as the Webpage - and therefor Documentation can still be
translated.
Regarding your concern about download pages:
I think thats why the mail says you can build your own language page with
the provided sources of the "main"-QGIS webpage.

Regarding Documentation:
The current link sends me to
https://docs.qgis.org/3.34/en/docs/user_manual/index.html
So this a subdomain on its own - and when I exchange the /en/ with /it/ I
am getting the italian translation of Documentation.
Maybe the language picker button will be moved to that page so that you can
pick your language there.

That still does not solve the problem about the download page - but so far
I think it was the main effort of bringing up the newly designed webpage
(which IMHO looks great) and I am quite sure somewhere on the agenda it to
slowly get back to address the language concerns also.
