No I haven't tried that out. How can I see what user my web server runs as (i thought it was the user nobody but maybe i'm wrong). How can I set environment variables when starting the apache web server?

Thanks
Zamil

Have you tried running at the command line as user apache (or whatever
user your httpd uses)? Maybe the bug is triggered by a file permission
issue. Also make sure that if you have a LD_LIBRARY_PATH set that it is
set to the same value in the web server and at the command line when you
do your tests.
