[QGIS-Developer] all profile removed, still OWS connections, where stored?

Hi, 
we just realized that QGISCUSTOMIZATION2.conf is still used, it is not
creating a QGISCUSTOMIZATION3.conf. 
I suppose it's a bug? Anyone confirms?
