 Now that !SpatiaLite recommends packagers to enable the liblwgeom features
 ([https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/spatialite-
 users/uawzaLjzbo4/_0JqJ8a6HmAJ 1], [https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg
 /spatialite-users/S2mY1Tj7BBc/_gWzznEKZnwJ 2]), addressing the liblwgeom
 library versioning has become more relevant again.

 I'd love to see the patch-level compatibility in PostGIS 2.2, so that we
 don't have to rebuild spatialite every time a new postgis patch version is
 uploaded to the Debian archive.
